Valentine’s Day DINNER Menu

ENJOY THIS SPECIAL DINNER MENU FEBRUARY 12-14
3 courses each person 60$ per couple

APPETIZER
-Oysters
Selection of BC oysters paired with refreshing sauces (lime and vodka foam, ocean foam, classic)

-Salmon Carpaccio
House cured wild salmon, arugula pesto, seasonal vegetables, lemon, balsamic caviar

-Bruschetta
An Italian classic with a little twist. Homemade focaccia, marinated baby heirloom tomatoes, basil
cream, 20 years aged balsamico di Modena

ENTREES
-Beef cheeks
12 hours slow cooked beef, red wine reduction, served with potatoes and seasonal veggies

-Duck Confit
slow cooked duck leg, orange and ginger caramel sauce, seasonal veggies

-Red Beets Risotto
Arborio rice cooked “al dente’, red beets emulsion, candied lemon, acidulic butter, parmigiano
reggiano

DESSERT
-Pavlova with fresh fruit and berries
Merengue dessert with crisp crust topped with seasonal fruit and berries

-Apricot Nectar Panna Cotta
rich and creamy dessert with a bright flavours of apricot

-Chocolate and Strawberry cake
Chocolate sponge cake with homemade strawberry jam and whipped cream
